I don't know about you, but I never hear enough day-to-day conversation about streetwear. One of the most frustrating things is not hearing a lot of talk about the massive potential in the people who create it, too. Which is why, as part of a new series called Street Status, I'm going to start looking at the majorly talented and upcoming brands that deserve the recognition - and how you can go about getting it.
Golde is a North American streetwear company founded by Ty Zahr, who works alongside artists, musicians, and models, to create fashion that has never been seen before. All having been inspired from places that they have experienced themselves, it's a unique and artistic take on general streetwear that many people already know and love.
Tonight, Golde will be launching their Spring/Summer collection of 2016, entailing some more of that mighty 3M, jumpers, five panels, and anything that you wouldn't have expected post to their 2015 drop in the 'Lights Out' collection. As pretty much all brands have that one stand-out item in a drop, it would be hard to argue that tonight, Golde's 3M parka will be running the show.
Look out for Golde in 2017.
